Welcome to Hastvikas. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website, https://www.hastvikas.com (the “Site”), and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use our services. Hastvikas is a division of Aaroh Marketing and Communications Private Limited focused on helping artisans and nano entrepreneurs.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the products available on Hastvikas. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content are free from errors, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without notice. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We may also limit the quantity of items purchased or refuse service at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in USD (unless otherwise stated). Prices may change without prior notice. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and PayPal. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount using your selected payment method.
4. Order Processing and Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel any order due to issues with payment, stock unavailability, or other reasons at our discretion. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customercare@hastvikas.com as soon as possible. Orders that are shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within India and internationally. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or carrier delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

- Preferred refund method is Credit Note. Cash refunds (if requested) will be processed via the original payment method.

Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Hastvikas (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is our property or that of our artisans. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hastvikas is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance.
