Replacement & Refund Policy
At Hastvikas, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and carefully chosen materials. Each creation carries the beauty of human touch and craftsmanship, making every piece unique.
We take great care in maintaining quality and want our customers to have a pleasant and transparent shopping experience with us.
Replacement or Refund Support
We are happy to assist with a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- If the product arrives damaged
- If there is a manufacturing defect
- If an incorrect product has been delivered
In such cases, customers are requested to inform us within 3 days of receiving the order and share clear images or videos of the product along with the packaging.
Once the concern is reviewed and verified, our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original mode of payment used at checkout. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be provided as store credit.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, the exact time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return & Pickup Process
In cases where a return is required, our team will guide customers through the process once the issue is verified. Return pickup will be arranged by Hastvikas wherever serviceable.
For eligible replacement or refund cases involving damage, defects, or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Hastvikas. Customers are requested to ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging intact.
International Orders
For international orders, replacement or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers are requested to contact our support team within the specified timeline with clear evidence of the issue.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable and are governed by the destination country’s regulations.
About Handmade Products
All Hastvikas products are handmade, not mass-produced. As a result, no two pieces are exactly alike.
Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, pattern placement, or finish are natural and reflect the authenticity of handcrafted artistry.
These subtle differences are an inherent part of the handmade process and add to the individuality of each product. They are not considered grounds for replacement or refund.
Colour & Visual Representation
We make every effort to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the products.
Such variations are natural and do not indicate damage or defect.
Situations Not Covered
Replacement or refund support may not apply in the following situations:
- Minor variations characteristic of handmade products
- Slight differences in colour or design
- Damage caused due to handling or use after delivery
